Dr.
Hanmer is a graduate of Springfield College and a 1983 graduate
of Tufts University School of Medicine where he was elected to the
Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
He
completed his residency at the Tufts New England Medical Center
and served as Chief Resident.
Dr.
Hanmer is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthopedic Surgery
at the Tufts University School of Medicine. He is board certified
by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and specializes in Sports
Medicine and Joint Reconstruction as well as arthroscopic and minimally
invasive approach to surgery. He has special interest in hip arthroscopy
and hip resurfacing.
Dr.
Hanmer is a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports
Medicine. He is an avid endurance athlete and enjoys many outdoor
sports including skiing and climbing. |
